Wednesday, May 20, 2015 |9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

The Event Center at Saint Mary's Cathedral
1111 Gough Street, San Francisco, CA 94109

The time to raise our voices for change is now.

Always' #likeagirl ad has attracted nearly 80 million views worldwide. Tech giants including Google and Twitter are infusing the sector with millions of dollars to support girls’ preparation for careers in tech. And girls such as Jada of #IAmJada are stepping up and broadcasting their stories to the world like never before.

We can’t let this moment slip away. Now’s our chance to push forward our demands and our vision of success, informed and defined by girls and girls services.

You are the experts. With your wisdom, energy, and expertise, we can make the Bay Area a model for the nation in giving every girl the opportunities she needs to fulfill her dreams.

Last Year's Participants

I will definitely use what I learned to enhance my work as a board member for GirlVentures and the Filipina Women’s Network.”

Gizelle Covarrubias Robinson, Managing Director of IT, Charles Schwab

Listening to other presentations on LGBT issues and mental health factors girls face was also really helpful because while our organization doesn't directly deal with those issues, they provide a full context for the reality our girls face on a daily basis.”

Roshni Kasad, Senior Program Manager, Techbridge

“This year my organization collaborated with the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission and Equal Rights Advocates on a program that has forever changed the lives of the girls who participated. This never would have happened had I not attended Alliance for Girls’ conference.”

- Sandra Luna, Head of School, Julia Morgan School for Girls
