Human Trafficking

 

Organizations working with vulnerable populations should be aware of human trafficking and the resources available.
  • Human Trafficking is the fastest growing crime in the world
  • 43% of Human Trafficking cases in California are occurring in the Bay Area
  • 28% of identified victims saw a health or social service provider at least once 
during their trafficking ordeal
  • Direct service providers have the unique opportunity to identify and help victim
 

To learn about human trafficking and how you can help, The Cross Bay Collaborative (CBC) to combat human trafficking offers 1-3 hour training which can be hosted at your work site in San Francisco, Alameda or San Mateo County.
