Alliance for Girls (AFG) is inviting girls, young women, and gender-expansive youth in San Mateo County to participate in an in-person storytelling session focused on young people's mental health experiences, as part of our youth-led Bay Area Mental Health and Safety Study. This session is an opportunity for youth and young adults to share their stories, perspectives, and ideas in a supportive, respectful, and confidential space with a small group of peers. A trained facilitator from Alliance for Girls will lead the session.
If you are between the ages of 14-24, identify as a girl, woman, or gender-expansive young person and live in San Mateo County, please participate in this youth-led study! What you share will help us better understand the mental health experiences of young people in our community and shape future recommendations, solutions, and policy advocacy that center the needs and voices of young people.
